Pricing varies depending on the service and duration. Group dog walks start from £15/hr, solo walks from £18/hr, home visits from £14/visit, and pet sitting from £10/hr. We're happy to discuss a package that suits your needs and budget — contact us for a personalised quote.
Yes, we hold comprehensive pet care insurance covering public liability, care, custody and control of animals, and key cover. This means you're fully protected in the unlikely event of an accident or incident during any of our services.
We're trained in canine first aid and will always act in your dog's best interests. We'll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to your registered vet. We always ask for your vet's details and an emergency contact number before starting any service.
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the service fee. For regular bookings, we're flexible and understand that life happens — just let us know as soon as you can.
